LaunchCart refund & return policy: returns within 14 days and refunds in 5–7 business days.
At LaunchCart we accept returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. We sell with cash on delivery.
Return conditions
- The item is in original condition with packaging and all accessories
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
Non-returnable items
- Custom-ordered or serial-activated products
- Items damaged by misuse
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective items or a store error, which we cover.
Refund method & timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued within 5–7 business days via the available payment method.
